Projectiles going odd places

description

As of now, the projectiles are being fired to odd places (most notably when attacking a Nexus, they aim for way below the nexus).
 
I believe that it has something to do with where the targets position is relative to its graphic.
 
Also, because of this, the projectiles are never intersecting the bounding circles of some units / buildings and then never removing themselves from the list of BEs and doing damage.
